"I'd like to thank all the people who helped this 2008 construction season: volunteers and contributors as well. Each and every one of you have a special place in our heart.

Through the course of meetings and discussions this year, the Board has decided to focus our efforts on a Reservation-wide renovation of existing homes. At this time we are planning on doing a minimum of 30 renovation projects. In our construction schedule, we have only planned one new home.

Under the current economic conditions, we feel our dollars can be better spent on the renovation of existing homes. That way we will be able to service a far greater number of families."
